The position
You will have a key role in driving strategic initiatives in Business Finance. This happens in close collaboration with the SVP and the management team. The job entails that you:

• Are part of Business Finance Management and efficiently drive management meetings and strategy processes
• Drive projects and ad hoc tasks for the Senior Vice President and Business Finance Man-agement in close collaboration with the PA and HRBP
• Represent the Senior Vice President in various initiatives and business challenges
• Support strategy development and execution of our Global Finance Strategy
• Collaborate closely with Finance GBS to improve our operating model, global collabora-tion, and process optimization
• Contribute to Business Finance still being a great place to work by actively engaging in our Evolve and D&I initiatives

Qualifications

• A master's degree in economics, finance, business administration or similar
• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Management Consultancy or an EA role
• Experience with strategy and/or project management and exposure to senior stakehold-ers
• Ability to break down problems, structure processes and create top-down communica-tion
• As a person, you should be curious, ambitious and flexible

Business Finance is a dynamic organisation of ~115 people in HQ and ~950 people in India. We are responsible for financial planning and analysis as well as liquidity and risk management. We create value through data-driven insights across the entire value chain, from Research to Sales and everything in between.
The culture in business finance is centered around teamwork and driving impact across the or-ganisation.
