This is a unique opportunity to shape Novo Nordisk’s commercial forecasting excellence and lead a team that supports our Executive Management with trusted analytical guidance.

Your new role

In this role, you will lead the Sales Analysis & Insights team responsible for the commercial forecast of the Novo Nordisk Group. You will drive forecasting excellence, strengthen analytical capabilities and act as a strategic finance partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

You will lead 4 employees in Denmark and have 2 indirect reports in Bangalore, ensuring a strong global collaboration setup.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a high‑performing team of analysts across Denmark and India.
• Setting strategic direction for forecasting, insights generation and analytical best practices.

• Providing high quality financial and strategic analysis and insights to the SVP of Business Finance, CFO and Executive Management
• Driving strong cross‑functional collaboration, particularly with IO, US and CMC & Product Supply.
• Fostering a culture of continuous learning, empowerment and stakeholder excellence.

Your new department

The Sales Analysis and Insights team is responsible for the commercial forecast of the Novo Nordisk Group supporting key decisions together with the VP of Group Finance and provide financial and strategic analysis and insights to the SVP of Business Finance, the CFO and the Executive Management.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a strong analytical mind and an experienced finance professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights and partnering with senior leaders.

You bring:

• A master’s degree within business, economics or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience across analytical or strategic finance roles.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive strategic agendas independently.
• Strong analytical capabilities and an interest in understanding the business behind the numbers.
• A collaborative mindset, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in an ambitious yet informal team environment.
