Your new role

As Director of Digital Delivery, Processes & Change, you will lead a multidisciplinary team that sits at the heart of People & Organisation. You will be accountable for optimizing P&O processes, delivering digital initiatives, enabling successful change across multiple processes, and drive the change and adoption required to move the organisation to a new operating model. This is a role where your leadership shapes how we support thousands of colleagues globally.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of project managers, process experts, and change managers to deliver high-impact digital initiatives
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects and process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
  • Driving operational excellence through the adoption of best practices in project management, process optimization, and change management
  • Actively participating in the leadership team, ensuring alignment, strategic coherence, and effective decision-making across the SVP area
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into prioritized initiatives and delivery plans
  • Monitoring project performance, resource allocation, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
  • Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement across project and change lifecycles to support adoption and value realization
  • Reporting on project and initiative status, key metrics, outcomes, and realized benefits to senior leadership.

Your team plays a critical role in enabling this transformation through digital delivery, process excellence, and effective change management. You'll partner closely with the POCA Leadership Team, P&O Business Partnering, Enterprise IT & Quality, and external vendors to drive initiatives that make a real difference to our employees and leaders.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for an experienced leader who thrives in driving transformation at scale. You will bring a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex digital initiatives in dynamic environments. Specifically, you will have:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Change Management (e.g., Prosci)
  • Proven experience leading teams of project managers, process experts, and/or change managers in complex organizational settings
  • Strong background in project management methodologies, digital delivery, and change management frameworks
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Ability to drive results and maintain focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 940,800.00 to 1,448,700.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

 

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
