The position

You will be managing e-learning development projects through many of its phases, i.e. finalising storyboards in collaboration with Instructional Designers, building the course in authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline), designing visual content and illustrations, creating interactive elements, handling translation into multiple languages and measuring the effect of your solutions.

The job is in Bagsværd and we provide flexible working options.

 

The development of the e-learning courses is the main part of the job, but if you have experience within Instructional Design and can drive this process in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, then it is an additional advantage.

 

All projects are developed in collaboration with a Training Partner and/or Instructional Designer and with the support of your team colleagues and other Digital Training Developers, but you will often be the primary responsible developer for an e-learning course until it is ready for publication. The primary target group consist of the Operators, Supporters, Laboratory Technicians and their Managers at our production’s sites, and all solutions aim at providing optimal support of their competence development and performance.

 

Your work is carried out in a global context with multiple stakeholders across all levels and countries. Written communication is in English and so are most meetings with stakeholders. To be successful you will need the ability to learn and understand production processes to illustrate and explain these in an e-learning course.

Qualifications

You have a solid and recent track record of developing e-learning content for training solutions, you can design and create a visual environment supporting the subject matter and you know how to engage your target group through the learning process.

 

The stakeholder landscape will be broad including production units, IT departments and local training responsible across Novo Nordisk. Therefore, you are expected to have strong communication and presentation skills in English both written and verbally including the ability to express ideas and knowledge effectively.

 

You have at least 3 years of relevant experience with developing digital training solutions in international, and preferably also regulated, organisations. You have strong knowledge and skills within using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, animation tools like Vyond, as well as graphical design tools.

 

Knowledge within development of Virtual Reality solutions is not a prerequisite but it can be an additional advantage as our solutions progress towards this format.

 

Furthermore, to succeed in this role, you have:

  • Experience within digital media/technology development and implementation
  • Experience within User Experience Design
  • Project management experience of digital training projects
  • Experience within online training/Learning & Development (via digital tools, Learner Experience platforms, e-learning, Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality)
  • Residence in Denmark

 

About the department

Global People & Organisation (HR) and “Training & Capability Building” consists of 70+ training professionals. We focus specifically on the job specific training supporting employees working within the regulated production areas in Product Supply and Quality.

 

The team is responsible for the Training Standards used in the production areas as well as development of digital content such as videos and e-learning courses. The team consists of experienced Learning & Development Consultants and Training Developers responsible for setting direction and supporting the global training organisation and end users.

 

Our e-learning development team works closely with Subject Matter Experts from line of business, Instructional Designers handling learning needs analysis and storyboards, and Project Managers within the training organisation.
