Your new role
As our new Digital Project Manager, you will foster a learning culture, and enhance team progress, ensuring a steady delivery flow. In this role, you will be driving the development, implementation and maintenance of multiple digital solutions, serving stakeholders across the global finance organisation. This will be done, in close collaboration with our team of excellent full-stack and AI software developers. You will get the opportunity to engage with multiple stakeholders across global finance and ensure the digital and AI solutions that we build are successful and deliver significant business impact.
You will be responsible for:

Creating and maintaining project plans and efficient backlog of tasks

Lead and facilitate team events ensuring efficient delivery by preparing, moderating, and postprocessing discussions

Overseeing the execution of projects, monitoring progress delivery by defining and implementing the right KPI’s

Engaging and communicating with stakeholders in different areas to drive collaboration on multi-team projects across different department

Engaging with stakeholders and developers to facilitate troubleshooting of novel problems as they appear
Your new department
You will join Digital Innovation & AI, a department in Digital Finance & Architecture located in Bagsværd, Denmark. Digital Innovation & AI is a dynamic and international team at the forefront of implementing AI and other digital solutions handling global financial processes at Novo Nordisk. We are the team responsible for driving Novo Nordisk AI journey within Finance, Legal, Procurement and many other areas. We use the latest technologies to develop our application portfolio and ultimately deliver advanced digital solutions for multiple users across the organization.
Your skills and qualifications
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have most of the following:

An academic background in a relevant field such as Finance, Business-IT, or Computer Science

+3 years of experience within Project Management
-
Experience with technical IT delivery teams formed by different profiles such as Developers, Functional Experts, Testers or similar

Experience with implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions to drive automation and productivity increases is a plus

Ability to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, and actively drive cross-collaborative initiatives and build communities
-
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, as the team members and stakeholders are from different cultures and the role has a global reach
