Digital Process Analyst for Supplier Enablement

Join Novo Nordisk’s Corporate Procurement and play a key role in strengthening how we enable suppliers across our global ecosystem. As our new Digital & Process Analyst, you will support the practical execution of supplier enablement activities - helping make it simple, compliant and efficient for suppliers to work with Novo Nordisk from onboarding and data readiness to process adoption and issue resolution. 

You will be an important contributor to our supplier enablement journey, working hands-on with data, processes, suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will help ensure supplier onboarding activities run smoothly, that progress is transparent, and that issues are followed up in a timely and structured way. Your new role 

As part of the Supplier Enablement team, you will support supplier enablement through the execution of preparing and maintaining data, tracking progress, coordinating follow-up, creating clear guidance and helping resolve operational issues. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, transparency and timely follow-up.  

 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Support end-to-end supplier enablement activities, including supplier list preparation, segmentation input, outreach, onboarding wave planning, readiness tracking and follow-up with suppliers to ensure successful adoption of agreed procurement and purchase-to-pay processes and systems
  • Coordinate practical onboarding activities across relevant procurement and purchase-to-pay platforms, including supplier registration, supplier master data readiness, catalogue or contract enablement, e-invoicing enablement, purchase order process adoption, issue resolution and escalation where needed
  • Help suppliers and internal stakeholders understand and apply process requirements by translating information into clear, practical and user-friendly guidance, communication material and training support tailored to different stakeholder needs
  • Maintain accurate supplier enablement data, trackers, dashboards and issue logs, and prepare regular status updates covering onboarding progress, platform adoption, catalogue coverage, PO and invoice compliance, risks, bottlenecks, issue resolution and next actions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of supplier enablement processes by developing and updating supplier guides, FAQs, communication templates, training content and process documentation, while supporting simple analyses, lessons learned and identification of recurring issues and improvement opportunities 

 

Your new department 

You will join the Supplier Enablement team within Corporate Procurement, based in Bagsværd, Denmark, reporting to the Senior Manager of Supplier Enablement. Corporate Procurement manages Novo Nordisk’s global indirect spend of approximately 130 billion DKK. and plays a key role in enabling value creation across the organisation. We define and drive the global procurement strategy with around 150 employees in Denmark and over 500 globally, acting as a strategic partner in executing the company's strategy and enabling value at scale. 

 

Our team works cross-functionally with Category Managers, Sourcing Managers, Global Business Services, Finance, IT, Legal and suppliers worldwide. We focus on ensuring that supplier onboarding and adoption of procurement processes is efficient, transparent and aligned with compliance requirements.

Your skills and qualifications 

We are looking for a structured and service-minded professional who enjoys working hands-on with data, processes and stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you bring: 

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, IT or a related field, or a relevant commercial education combined with practical experience. More specifically, 1–3 years of relevant experience is expected within procurement operations, purchase-to-pay, supplier onboarding, accounts payable, finance operations, supply chain or a similar operational area (internships or student roles may also be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of supplier onboarding, supplier master data, e-invoicing, purchase-to-pay processes, accounts payable activities, invoice handling or e-procurement platforms such as SAP or Coupa, with a willingness to build expertise across these areas
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, keep suppliers and stakeholders on track, maintain overview of progress and escalate issues when needed
  • Analytical mindset with confidence working in Excel and PowerPoint, an interest in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, and a good understanding of data quality, process governance and procurement compliance
  • Strong English communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a global environment, engage stakeholders across geographies, functions and cultures, and create clear, practical guidance for suppliers and internal colleagues 

 

As a person, you are structured, service-minded and proactive, with a strong drive to complete tasks and learn along the way. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, make calls and follow up with suppliers to get matters resolved, and you enjoy the operational dialogue needed to move activities forward. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600.00 to 734,400.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. 

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience. 

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
