The programme has been designed to develop the next generation of key people driving change through digital solutions that make a real difference, for real people.

About the Digital Business Graduate Programme
When you join the Digital Business Programme in Novo Nordisk, you’ll be part of the Digital, Data & IT area of our organisation, where we enable and drive digital, data & IT solutions together with the entire Novo Nordisk value chain. That means that you’ll be able to have a direct impact on the strategic direction of Novo Nordisk and how technology can change lives for our patients and the way we work.

You'll dive in from day one, bringing your fresh mindset and innovative ideas to a team of passionate and excited colleagues. This graduate programme is your chance to experiment with your skills, passion and motivation and define the next step in your career. You will work with talented colleagues and mentors who will be involved in your personal and professional development.

During your rotations, you will join different parts of Digital, Data & IT to understand how these support our business and, in the end, help millions of patients worldwide. We are the playground where your innovative ideas will thrive and where opportunities for development are just around the corner. Agile teams, R&D labs, business innovation garage and IT infrastructure - we've got it all! Furthermore, you will work with senior managers and build an international network of world-class colleagues, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key people at Novo Nordisk.

The position

During the 2-year programme, you will undertake challenging and exciting rotations: You will start your journey with a rotation in Denmark, allowing you to get to know our business and develop your digital mindset even further. The second rotation will be outside of Denmark, where you will get the opportunity to take a deep dive into one of our business areas before returning to Denmark again for your third and final rotation. You will work as a fully-fledged member of the team and learn skills relevant to the rotation. You will work independently and drive your own responsibilities as well as in collaboration with team members on shared projects.

Important: Prepare this before you apply
Before clicking the apply button please ensure you have prepared your CV, latest transcript and motivational letter in English. We estimate that you will spend around 30 minutes on the application page (after having prepared your attachments). You can apply from any device but as you will be asked to answer several questions on the application page, we recommend applying from a PC instead of a mobile phone.

In the motivational letter, we would like to learn more about your motivation: why do you want to join the pharmaceutical industry, Novo Nordisk and the Graduate Programme; about your expectations: what are your expectations to the Graduate Programme and how will the programme support your career aspirations and lastly we want to learn more about your fit: which personal and professional competences makes you a great fit with the graduate programme.
