The position
In this role, you will be part of a team of 10 colleagues, consisting of project managers, project associates, process specialists and system experts. The team is responsible for driving adoption to our procurement systems, continuous optimisations in sourcing, contracting and business partnering on a global level.
Your core responsibilities will be to business partner with procurement colleagues within the global procurement organization. The key focus will be on fostering a digital sourcing mindset rooted in best practice, strategies on how to optimize the current sourcing processes, Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our Digital Procurement Delivery team in India on the build and execution of the digital sourcing processes.
You will be working on digital sourcing activities including:
- Business partnering to the organisation to ensure a close link between business needs and digital opportunities to drive world class sourcing.
- Driving digitalisation and process improvement, with a focus on identifying and addressing sourcing issues and opportunities, as well as designing and implementing effective solutions that bring value to the category management colleagues
- Change management activities to drive utilisation and adoption of digital sourcing technology
- Provide input to and take active responsibility to drive future innovation of our digital sourcing process
You will be based in Bagsværd, Denmark. Limited travel activities are expected.
Qualifications
- A relevant master’s background related to process optimisation, digitalisation, business administration, IT administration or similar.
- Deep knowledge of Coupa CSO or other advanced eSourcing tools, will be a requirement.
- Extensive experience driving digital sourcing and process optimisation across multiple categories.
- Experienced in using data to drive recommendations to achieve desired results.
- Well versed in advanced sourcing technologies and strategies.

Also, you are fluent in both, written and spoken English.
