Corporate Income Tax Student Assistant

Your new role
As a student assistant in Corporate Income Tax, you will be part of a central business function working across the global organisation. You will be exposed to various tasks and will learn from your peers to support your development. Your focus will be:
- Support with all matters of corporate income taxes, e.g. filing of tax returns, tax reporting, tax forecasting, tax accounting, and other submissions with the authorities
- Assist with optimization and digitalizing processes and tasks
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects within both domestic and international corporate income tax.
The preferred starting date is mid-August 2026, and you will be expected to work 15 hours a week (we are flexible around your study schedule).

In Finance, Legal & Global Solutions, we enable Novo Nordisk to fulfil our purpose by safeguarding the business, providing corporate infrastructure, and driving value creation. We are a team of 2,300 colleagues primarily based at our headquarters in Denmark and our Global Business Services centres in India and Mexico.
In Novo Nordisk’s Corporate Tax Department, we are 25 employees working across teams covering Transfer Pricing, Tax Strategy & Digitalisation, Corporate Income Tax, and Indirect Tax. In addition, you will be part of the Global Tax organisation, with 85+ employees worldwide. Corporate Income Tax is responsible for corporate income tax matters related to the consolidated financial statements, tax returns, mergers & acquisitions, and filings with tax authorities.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a disciplined and ambitious student who thrives on responsibility and approaches complex tasks with structure and precision. Furthermore, you:
- Are enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s programme or have recently started your master’s in accounting, finance, law or similar
- Have an interest in the tax area
- Can handle complexity and translate it into clear, simple explanations for stakeholders at all levels
- Have a structured working style with a strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others
- Are fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Are open-minded, curious, and willing to ask questions and learn

Salary: For this position, the hourly pay will be 205,17 DKK.
