About the Department


Customer Complaint Centre (CCC) which is a part of Global Safety, is responsible for processing and monitoring customer complaints received via Novo Nordisk’s international subsidiaries for all Novo Nordisk’s products. CCC comprises 53 colleagues organized into 4 different departments. We have an informal, busy and collaborative environment with contacts throughout Novo Nordisk world-wide.

We now look for a colleague in the department responsible for investigating customer complaints on FlexPen.


The Job
You will be part of a team consisting of 10 dedicated employees. The open position is a temporary maternity cover for 18 months.


As a Complaint Associate your responsibilities include registering, processing and responding to customer complaints on Novo Nordisk products, in our customer complaint IT system. There will be some Hands-on product testing/examination of complaints as well as maintaining contacts within HQ, affiliates and production sites globally.


Additionally, you will assist with related administrative and procedural activities as required and take part in the general handling, packing and shipment of our complaint samples to our production sites for further investigations.




You have an education as nurse, pharmaconomist, medical secretary, laboratory technician/assistant or technologist and have knowledge of medicinal terminology.


You have some IT skills and used to work with administrative tasks in a structured manner with a sense for details. Fluency in written and spoken English & Danish is essential and familiarity with Novo Nordisk Products and GXP is advantageous.


You are known for your personal drive, positive mind-set, flexibility and persistence. You are structured, service minded and like knowledge sharing. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and short deadlines.
