The Position
As our new Communication Student Assistant, you will be invited to help shape the role as we progress our communication strategy. Examples of key tasks where we hope to benefit from your support and expertise: 

  • Producing communication materials, e.g., presentations, articles, social media posts
  • Leading ad hoc communication campaigns and projects
  • Measuring content and channel effectiveness (aim to improve our performance and reach)

While the role requires creativity and the ability to produce high-quality communication materials, you should also be comfortable with administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations and meetings, assisting with event planning and campaigns, and providing general administrative support as needed.
 

Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a Business school or university studying Communication. In addition, the following skills and experiences are not mandatory but may be advantageous for the role:

  • Proficiency in digital communication tools such as social media management platforms
  • Practical knowledge of communication with a passion for keep up with the latest trends
  • Experience in organizing events, workshops, or other activities related to communication
  • Interest in and/or knowledge about science
  • Fluency in both written & verbal English 

As a person, you have a positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.We are looking for someone who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We also interact frequently with collaboration partners, media professionals and external agencies.
