Student Assistant Roles in Communication, Marketing, Training, and HR

We provide opportunities in nearly all departments of our business, from production to development and research. Communication and training are integral to our operations, from our largest department, People & Organisation, where you'll support the entire business, to smaller departments where you'll assist with internal communication or training.

The Communication, Marketing, Training, and HR pipeline encompasses Student Assistant roles where you'll assist:

  • Managers
  • Project leaders
  • Training specialists

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communication
  • Project Management
  • Training and learning
  • Administrative Support
  • Marketing
  • Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

Tasks may vary by department but could involve:

  • Video creation
  • Content creation for SharePoint and Yammer
  • Presentation creation
  • Internal communication support
  • Training material support

  • Recruitment or assessment support (only for HR profiles)

 

Student Assistant Position Details

A Student Assistant role at Novo Nordisk is between 8 – 20 hours per week, with most positions requiring 10 – 15 hours, mostly on-site. We provide flexibility to meet your educational responsibilities as we recognize the value of your study.

 

Qualifications

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Training, or HR, such as Psychology, Business Administration, or other HR and communication-related education, with at least 12 months remaining in your studies. We seek Student Assistants who are eager to learn, able to manage their own time, preferably have some experience in their field, and are accustomed to working with a variety of stakeholders.

Fluency in English is mandatory, and your CV should be submitted in English.

 

Joining a Talent Pipeline at Novo Nordisk

Most of our Student Assistant positions are filled through our Talent Pipelines. By joining, you'll be considered for numerous positions that aren't publicly advertised. If your profile matches a position, we'll invite you for an interview with the hiring manager.

You'll remain in the Pipeline for up to 6 months unless you choose to withdraw. After 6 months, due to GDPR, we close the pipelines and notify all active candidates, providing a link to reapply to our new Talent Pipelines.
