The position

The Change Manager in PMO will drive Change Management activities of a project or assignments across Novo Nordisk. Furthermore, the Change Manager will contribute to the standard for Change Management across Integrated Quality to be defined and implemented.

The PMO is part of the Transformation Management Office, who is responsible for strategic portfolio management, project execution, change and risk management, developing capability and resource management models, establishing strategic KPIs, as well as development of processes, dashboards and tools needed for ensuring coordination and transparency across the different teams in the area. 
 
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead change management activities whilst developing solid implementation and communication strategy. 
  • Communicate project progress to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness.
  • Identify key stakeholders, proactively engage, and challenge stakeholders in dialogue across business areas.
  • Coordinate and support training initiatives while identifying, analysing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics.


Qualifications

We’re seeking candidates that have the following prerequisites:

  • You have a master’s degree in science, engineering, business administration, psychology or a related field plus a qualification in Change Management.
  • 5+ years of experience successfully leading organizational change or as part of strategic, complex, cross-functional projects.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and active listening skills.

About the department

The TMO is part of Integrated Quality, an area that comprises around 300 highly skilled Quality professionals based in Bagsværd, Denmark, and Bangalore, India. The primary objective of IQ is to develop and maintain our QMS, which promotes robust business performance and simplifies quality processes. The responsibilities of this department include process ownership of core quality processes, support of major quality-relevant IT systems, and drive major cross-organizational improvement projects for Quality, and IT Quality. This role is based in Bagsværd.
