The Position

As CVP Health & Safety Partner you will be responsible for driving the agenda on Health & Safety (HS) across an organization of 600 people. Your key responsibility is to ensure that the current setup across the organization meets both requirements and ambitions on Health & Safety.

That includes:

  • Manage processes to meet ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards, ensuring audit and inspection readiness.
  • Support a group of working environment representatives across the organization through 1:1, shopfloor, board meetings.
  • Train local leadership in systems, processes, and responsibilities related to environment, health & safety.
  • Continually assess and improve the HS setup across Sourcing Operations and local departments.
  • Assist in HS-related assessments, problem-solving, and support organization-wide projects.

 

Qualifications

You enjoy working independently and you have the competences to drive processes and systems in collaboration with peers and colleagues. You thrive in working structured and you can handle a large network of stakeholders across the whole organization. You have:

  • A relevant master’s degree or other relevant education.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience, preferably from a similar position or within a regulated industry, production or warehouse
  • Experience in developing and implementing HS strategy together with management & Line of Business
  • Experience in planning, presenting data, and supporting key stakeholders on various levels of seniority.

Full working proficiency in Danish and English

 

About the Department

As Health & Safety Partner you will be working from the department Sourcing Operations Business Support as part of our team in EHS & Training. The team is supporting Environmental, Health & Safety and training related tasks across Sourcing Operations. You will have a workday with a large degree of independence and at the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organization.

The department is based in Bagsværd, but majority of the work will be in Hillerød or Kalundborg.
