If you believe in the power of data and have a keen eye for data visualisation and enablement, then join us as a BI Analyst in a fast-moving team in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Bagsværd. 

 

The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a data driven candidate to run various digital improvement projects and data processes. This includes business intelligence (BI) initiatives that comprise data analysis and pre-processing, but also development of dashboards and Power Platform tools tailored to business needs.

Furthermore, you will take part in our digital transformation journey. You will engage with stakeholders from different areas to understand the ways they work and consider how technology can help us solve the manufacturing challenges we face. Finally, you will help build a digital mindset across the organization.

 

Your main tasks include:

  • Developing data visualisations and converting data into insights.
  • Identifying opportunities to digitalise and automate processes.
  • Developing Smart Tools in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Engaging with relevant stakeholders to transform ideas for digitalization to value adding solutions, implementing & managing digital initiatives across the area.
  • Structuring and harmonising various types of data.

 

You will work closely with line of business and the rest of our team as well taking part of network groups and other stakeholders outside of IFP Bagsværd. As part of the cLEAN & Digital Transformation (DX) team, you will have great impact on our way of working both within the team and with our stakeholders across IFP and beyond.

Furthermore, you will bring your current skills within digitalisation to work, building bridge between user needs and technical solutions. We primarily work within the field of BI and Process Digitalisation covering MS Power Platform, but we are also looking into other fields such as RDA and RPA.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in the job we expect you to have:

  • Have at least 1 year of work experience in a digitalisation, strategy, data/business analyst, business partnering position or similar.
  • Have experience from previous projects on applying technology in innovative solutions to solve business challenges.
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree within relevant field.
  • Excellent organization & communication skills as well as fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Tableau/Alteryx/Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of Lean tools and systems is a plus.

About The Department
In IFP Bagsværd, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes worldwide. You will be joining cLEAN® & Digital Transformation in IFP Bagsværd, which is a department within Business Support. We are responsible for supporting the site’s strategic aspirations with LEAN systems, tools and digitalisation initiatives that continuously improves performance.

The team consists of 6 skilled and professional DX employees and 7 cLEAN partners. We are a high performing, international, and diverse team that is driven by exploring, optimising, digitalising, and automating complex business challenges. The team is energetic with a focus on solving challenges in collaboration with each other, and our stakeholders.
