Your new role
As an Intern in the Complaint Insights team you will get a broad exposure to Novo Nordisk's product portfolio. In this role you will help design and deliver PowerBI solutions that automate complaint monitoring and generate insights that drive data-driven decisions across our value chain, and support executing on our AI solutions
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building, deploying, and maintaining efficient BI solutions in line with quality standards
- Leveraging developments within the AI space to ensure solutions take advantage of new tech-nology opportunities
- Listening and identifying business needs, visualising data, and supporting data-driven pro-cesses and decision making
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a self-sufficient PowerBI & AI Developer who thrives on creating and driving data-centric projects. You'll bring with you:
- Studying MSc in IT, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Python, SQL, and PowerBI development
- Familiarity with using AI for development (MCPs, skills, context engineering) is preferred
- Collaborative mindset with openness to working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies

Our department consists of four teams: Complaint Handling, Complaint Escalation, Complaint Process Excellence, and Complaint Insights. You will join the Complaint Insights team, where most members focus on monitoring complaints and generating insights about all Novo Nordisk products, sharing this information throughout the value chain. Your role stands out as you will introduce new technologies, including AI, and ensure we have the necessary assets to produce valuable insights and make informed, data-driven decisions.
