This role is a Paternity Cover Position, from January 2025 until 31st December 2025.
The position
As a member of our dynamic digitalisation team, you will step into the pivotal role of Project Manager, spearheading innovative projects that are integral to our digital transformation journey. Your mission will be to champion our digital strategy, propelling us towards our vision of establishing the 'Laboratory of the Future'.
Your daily responsibility will be to drive digitalisation projects improving the work in our QC laboratories. Furthermore, you will:
- Identify Opportunities: proactively scout for cutting-edge solutions, ensuring our QC departments remain at the forefront of technological advancements
- Drive Innovation: Evaluate, pilot and implement digital technologies, tools and systems that enhance our operational efficiency and data integrity
- Collaborate Effectively with many stakeholders, such as, but not limited to, QC laboratories, IT.
- Manage Project Lifecycle: Take ownership of projects from idea phase through implementation

Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who ideally brings a blend of project management experience and a familiarity with digital transformation efforts or IT project involvement. Your foundational knowledge of digital technologies and their practical applications within laboratory settings will be key to your success in this role. Furthermore, you should have strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
To excel as our Project Manager, you will:
- Translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities
- Are a visionary & set directions in a clear manner
- Demonstrate good stakeholder management skills, building and maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Show a high degree of adaptability to new technologies and evolving business landscapes
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is a plus but not a necessity
- Are fluent in both oral and written English – Proficiency in Danish is an advantage but not required
On a personal level, you are flexible and adaptable to communicate with stakeholders and colleagues from different countries and cultures.
About the department
You will join Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) Analytical Science And Technology (ASAT) DK where 160 colleagues look forward to welcoming you. We are responsible for performing all QC analysis across IFP DK including release test from several production units, handling of customer complaints, stability samples and validation activities. In addition, we are a supporting partner in the global QC network in all SVP areas in Novo Nordisk.
Our mission is to transform our analytical laboratories into more automated and digital laboratories to reduce manual work and increase the stability and efficiency of the laboratory processes. In the team you will be a Project Manager driving various digitalisation projects in close collaboration with laboratory teams as well as IT teams.
