We are looking for an Associate Process & People Lead to strengthen Business Support in Corporate Procurement.

 

Your new role

As Associate Process & People Lead, you will act as a close sparring partner to senior management and a key driver of cross‑functional processes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and driving strategic planning, performance follow‑up, and reporting processes
  • Supporting leadership decision‑making through strong analyses and management material
  • Facilitating leadership meetings, communication initiatives, and key governance forums
  • Contributing to people and organisational development activities, including talent processes and leadership priorities
  • Driving cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives across Corporate and Global Procurement.

 

Your new department

Corporate Procurement (CP) plays a central role in enabling Novo Nordisk’s global operations and long-term value creation. Business Support is the strategic backbone responsible for overseeing and enabling the function to effectively meet strategic priorities and internal and external requirements across corporate processes, people & organizational development. You will join a dedicated and diverse team working closely with VP areas, functional leaders, and colleagues across Novo Nordisk.

 

Your skills & qualifications

To succeed in this role, we expect you bring a strong combination of analytical capability, project management experience, and stakeholder engagement skills. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience from tier‑1 consultancies or procurement is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Solid analytical skills and the ability to integrate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in navigating complex, global organisations and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • A proactive mindset, with strong problem‑solving and change‑management capabilities.
  • Large capacity for work, managing multiple projects and delivering high quality on time
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and effectively adapt to shifting priorities and tight timelines
  • A collaborative approach, pragmatic mindset and ability build trusted relationships at all levels.

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000.00 to 956,900.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
