Associate People Operations Manager

The position

Within this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Oversee daily operations as the personnel leader for the Gates team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.

• Develop and implement strategies that drive efficiency and optimisation in operations, ensuring smooth and effective execution of changes.

• Develop and monitor performance metrics to assess team progress, support professional development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Ensure organisational strategies are consistently communicated and aligned with team objectives to maintain focus and engagement.

• Responsible for driving continuous improvements and campaigns within the Gates team to enhance our security and ensure compliance with our standard operating procedures

 

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• 5+ years’ experience in leadership and team management, with a focus on people, while driving efficiency and optimisation.

• Strong communication skills to ensure effective collaboration within the team and cross the department.

• Ability to understand and operationalise strategies that align with organisational objectives.

• Experience in project management, including ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining a strong business focus in scheduling, resource allocations, and budget management.

• Fluency in Danish and working proficiency in English is required.
