The Position

As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing a new team, with key deliverables including:

· Providing clear guidance to your team and conducting daily performance board meetings to ensure effective coordination and prioritization.

· Planning and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure optimal process support for pro-duction efficiency and stability.

· Encouraging individual and team development to improve performance and boost en-gagement.

· Collaborating actively with the department's management team, providing feedback and guidance on quality concerns.

· Driving a lean mindset that prioritizes continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you:

· Hold a degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a related field.

· Have 3-5 years of leadership experience in a similar production environment.

· Have experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.

· Have a proven track record in process optimization.

· Are effective in stakeholder management and collaboration.

· Communicate fluently in both Danish and English.

A LEAN mindset and a growth mentality will be crucial for fostering a culture where people con-tinuously learn and develop through ongoing feedback and training.

 

The Department

At Novo Nordisk’s production site in Bagsværd, we manufacture both marketed products and products for clinical trials. Our production processes are complex, and the site plays a key role in delivering high-quality products to patients worldwide. To maintain our 24/7 operations, we must effectively manage operational challenges and ensure seamless production.

 

In 2024, we are excited to establish a new department dedicated to launching a new product, which is expected to reach the market in 2026. As part of this, we will qualify two new production lines.

 

By the end of Q4 2025, we anticipate having a team of 85 employees in this department. As we prepare for the product launch, the department is expected to expand significantly, reaching approximately 170 employees by 2026.
