Join Global Talent Acquisition as Associate Director, TA Enablement, and drive our efforts to translate Novo Nordisk’s strategic ambition into targeted talent acquisition initiatives.
Your new role
As Associate Director, TA Enablement, you will partner closely with the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition, and the members of the GTA leadership team to shape the strategic direction of the area. You will be a member of the GTA leadership team, reporting to the VP. You will lead a team of four senior functional experts who will work with you to ensure that GTA’s strategic objectives are tightly connected to measurable business outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Using talent insights and data to inform GTA’s strategic direction and thereby the overall development of the TA function
- Orchestrating the successful execution of all high-priority GTA projects in alignment with defined benefit targets
- Using data, benchmarks, and external best practices to shape compelling business cases to secure funding
- Ensuring clear and timely communication and reporting across GTA and to senior stakeholders, linking TA priorities to broader business priorities

GTA is a Centre of Excellence within People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs area at Novo Nordisk. GTA plays a critical role in enabling Novo Nordisk’s success by attracting and hiring the best talent globally. Together with the entire GTA CoE, TA Enablement partners with colleagues across POCA to ensure that Novo Nordisk continues to be an attractive employer.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a strategic and people-centric leader who combines strong project management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
You bring:
- A master’s degree in human resource management, finance, business administration, or another related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project, change, and performance management within complex, global organisations
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and successfully collaborate on cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others in matrix or team‑based environments
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data and insights into clear messages and compelling business cases
- Talent acquisition experience from a similar role and/or management consulting experience will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Salary: For this role, the annual base salary ranges from 847,000.00 to 1,245,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
Placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives, as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area, and relevant market benchmarks.
