Associate Digital & Process Partner for Supplier Enablement

Your new role
As Associate Digital & Process Partner, you will turn supplier enablement strategies into practical execution. You will play a central role in ensuring suppliers are successfully onboarded, supported, and enabled to operate effectively within our systems and processes. Working closely with both internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will help deliver a smooth, compliant, and efficient experience. In this role, you will:

Drive hands-on supplier enablement activities, including supplier segmentation, outreach, onboarding waves, readiness tracking and proactive follow-up with suppliers where challenges arise in adopting agreed processes and systems, to ensure timely and sustainable compliance

Coordinate supplier onboarding to relevant procurement and purchase-to-pay platforms, including registration, supplier master data readiness, catalogue or contract enablement, e-invoicing enablement, PO process adoption and issue resolution, and support related supplier and stakeholder activities as needed

Act as a day-to-day point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers, translating process requirements into clear guidance and ensuring a smooth supplier experience

Create and continuously improve practical enablement material such as supplier guides, FAQs, communication templates, training content and process documentation in collaboration with procurement, Global Business Services, Accounts Payable, IT and other colleagues

Monitor key metrics such as onboarding progress, platform adoption, catalogue coverage, PO/invoice compliance, issue resolution time and supplier/user satisfaction, using insights to improve the enablement approach
Your new department
You will join the Supplier Enablement team within Corporate Procurement, based in Bagsværd, Denmark, reporting to the Senior Manager of Supplier Enablement. Corporate Procurement manages Novo Nordisk’s global indirect spend of approximately 130 billion DKK. and plays a key role in enabling value creation across the organisation. We define and drive the global procurement strategy with around 150 employees in Denmark and over 500 globally, acting as a strategic partner in executing the company's strategy and enabling value at scale.
Our team works cross-functionally with Category Managers, Sourcing Managers, Global Business Services, Finance, IT, Legal and suppliers worldwide. We focus on ensuring that supplier onboarding and adoption of procurement processes is efficient, transparent and aligned with compliance requirements.

Your skills and qualifications

We expect that you have:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, IT or a related field, or a relevant commercial/administrative education combined with practical experience. More specifically, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is expected within supplier enablement, procurement operations, purchase-to-pay, vendor onboarding, supply chain, accounts payable or a related area

Hands-on experience with procurement systems and processes such as supplier onboarding, master data, catalogues, e-invoicing, purchase-to-pay processes or e-procurement platforms like SAP or Coupa (experience in accounts payable can substitute part of this)

Strong project coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple enablement activities, clear guidance and confident communication, follow up with suppliers and stakeholders, track risks and keep progress moving

Ability to operate in global settings managing stakeholders across geographies, functions and seniority with various interest maintaining focus on identifying solutions that are beneficial for all parties

Solid analytical skills and comfort working with data in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200.00 to 838,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
