About the department 
As soon as you enter our offices in Bagsværd, we expect you will feel welcome. We share our challenges, but also our victories and celebrations, so you will never feel left alone or in over your head. You will be joining a group of 35 recruiters with a very diverse range of backgrounds – some of us are psychologists, others are trained within completely different fields – but most of us have spent quite a few years making sure that the right jobs find the right people. In a normal year, we recruit ~4000 great new people for Novo Nordisk. 
 
We are divided into different teams and areas, taking into consideration what kind of jobs, departments, or tasks we recruit for. Some of us handle candidate pipelines, some are recruitment experts within certain fields, like IT, engineering, or science, and we all drive the process for individual recruitments and participate in talent attraction activities around the country. 
  
The position 
As a recruitment assistant in TADK it will be your task to support our hiring managers with personality assessment when they are recruiting. This means that you will be interviewing candidates using our assessment tools in both Danish and English. 

You will be part of a small team of students who will serve as back-up for our recruiters when they have too much at hand. Therefore, the working hours can vary from week to week, but we expect you to be able to work around 14 hours per week. The working location will be at our different sites, so this includes Bagsværd, Søborg, Hillerød, Måløv, Gentofte and Kalundborg. We have electrical cars that you can book if needed.
 
Qualifications 
You are in the process of completing a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. Psychology, Business Administration, or other HR-related educations) and preferably you have at least 2 years left of your studies. You already have experience with recruiting and interviewing from a similar position. Knowledge of assessment tools will be an advantage. We use People Test Systems for our recruitments.

You have an international mindset and aspire to work in an international organisation upon completion of your studies. You are a fast learner, able to deliver results both independently and in collaboration with others and you take ownership and responsibility for your tasks. You have a very high degree of flexibility as working time and location can change on a weekly basis.

Finally, you speak and write English and Danish fluently.
