The job is a 24 months temporary hire and it is mandatory that you speak Danish.


About the department

The team is part of DFP Bagsværd Business Support and consists of 11 dedicated team members working with different supporting functions such as Training, HR and Archive. The team is also involved in numerous projects that aim to improve the structure, processes and overall quality of our services provided. We have ambitious goals and therefore we need ambitious people to ensure the success.

You will join the Training team where you will get the opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of competences for our employees. In close collaboration with Line of Business and subject matter experts we implement and simplify training and develop training competencies.


The position
Your key responsibility as Area Training Supporter is to support our managers, trainers and subject matter experts in the use of our existing training solutions to ensure compliance. In the role you will take on different roles such as project lead, facilitator and teacher at workshops.

You will also be involved in operating the different training systems to align structure and content. Furthermore, you will ensure a functional and sustainable implementation of tools and mind-set for local stakeholders such as managers, academics and operators in cooperation with your training colleagues. In addition, you will be leading a project ensuring all stakeholders are using the existing training tools and dashboards. At workshops and on the production floor you will train and coach employees, in using the standard training tools and methods, while ensuring the standard is translated into the employee’s everyday context. As the local ambassador for the training standards you will play a major role in promoting and implementing the training agenda and mindset together with the related learning processes.


Qualifications
You hold a relevant academic background, where Learning and Development experience from the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage. In addition, it is an advantage if you: 

  • Possess strong communication skills and a Can-Do mind set in your daily work
  • Are familiar with project management
  • Have the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Have energy and the willingness to make a difference and optimise processes
  • Good analytical skills and an ability to work with complex structures is of high importance
