The position
As an Advanced Training Professional, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering both virtual and classroom training for our Novo Nordisk Quality (NNQ) programmes. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our digital training developers to craft new digital training activities, contributing to our transformative journey towards more engaging, learner-centric training methods.
Key responsibilities:

Act as a sparring partner and provide support to NNQ in relation to training solutions to business issues.

Design, develop, and deliver central training in a variety of formats (classroom training, virtual training, and eLearning) to ensure standardised training solutions.

Ensure effective, efficient, and compliant training.

Collaborate with Quality areas, Training Partner, and Process Managers to identify and address training need in alignment with organisational goals.

Continuously assess current training offerings and identify opportunities for enhancement, as well as the need for new training initiatives.

Serve as primary contact and support for training activities under your responsibility, including scheduling, training materials, and delivery of training.

Cultivate and maintain collaborative customer relationships by focusing on their needs and responding to training-related questions/issues.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has a master’s degree within natural- or health science or relevant field, supplemented with an interest in education (workplace learning), training and/or learning & development, (occupational) psychology, behavioural economics combined with:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and GxP regulated environment.

Familiarity with LEAN way of working.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills to effectively deliver training content.

Knowledge about structuring and enhancing training or educational programs would be an advantage

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite.

About the department
Our team, Quality Onboarding and Training, operates within NNQ People & Organisation and drives training initiatives across Novo Nordisk. Our responsibilities have expanded from developing and overseeing our central training offering to NNQ, to encompassing more central training activities across NN. Currently, our team consists of 8 skilled colleagues, including Training Professionals, Training Project Managers, and Programme Leads. By 2025, the team is set to grow larger. We engage in diverse and exciting tasks and projects across the organization, fostering an ambitious, motivated, and dedicated working environment. Emphasizing flexibility and collaboration across various skill sets, we effectively tackle diverse tasks and projects.
