The position 

As an Advanced Supply Chain Planner, you will execute and optimise end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and distribution alignment.  

  • As an Advanced Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for the Operational planning process for our tablet production area.  
  • Your overall objective is to ensure stable and reliable planning while continuously improving the supply chain. You will align and set directions clearly and constructively with stakeholders in the supply chain and production. 
  • Conduct analyses to highlight supply risks that will support decision-making. 
  • Support the optimization processes in the supply chain and support cross-functional and cross-departmental optimization. 
  • We are located in BA, however it is expected that you will also be present in the production in MÅ once a week.  

 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or related field 
  • 2–3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors 
  • In-depth understanding of MRP, DRP, BOMs, and planning principles. 
  • Proficiency in SAP (APO, ECC, IBP) or equivalent ERP/planning systems. 
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query) 

Nice to have 

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools 
  • APICS CPIM / CSCP, Six Sigma, Lean certifications 
  • Familiarity with GDP regulations and pharmaceutical compliance standards 
  • Experience with cold chain logistics and product lifecycle planning
