Advanced Supply & Formulation Professional

Are you motivated by building something new and making a long-term impact? As part of a major site expansion in Bagsværd, we are looking for an Advanced Supply & Formulation Professional to join a newly established team working at the heart of future operations and large-scale projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape processes before they are handed over to operations.

Your new role

As an Advanced Supply & Formulation Professional in Future Operations, you will play a key role in project activities related to wash and sterilization processes within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will primarily work in a project setup, supporting process design, equipment validation, and test execution ahead of operational handover.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Driving wash & sterilization process design and equipment validation activities in projects
• Planning and executing validation tests in a GMP-regulated environment
• Working closely with project offices, technical support, NPI/MPI, and other site stakeholders
• Applying professional judgement and working independently while ensuring timely stakeholder involvement
• Contributing to the development of a strong, collaborative team culture in a newly formed setup

Your new department

You will join a newly established team created as part of a larger site expansion in Bagsværd. The team supports multiple ongoing and upcoming projects under Future Operations and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across the site. The environment is project-driven and dynamic, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and long-term delivery rather than short-term results.

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a technically strong professional who thrives in complex project environments and values collaboration.

You have:

• An academic background in engineering, biochemistry, food engineering, or a similar scientific field
• Extensive experience within wash & sterilization processes in a GMP environment
• Experience working in or alongside project organizations is an advantage
• Professional fluency in English; Danish is an advantage but not a requirement

As a professional, you bring a structured and responsible approach to your work, collaborate well with colleagues, and contribute to a positive and effective team environment. You are comfortable working in project-based settings where results develop over time.
