Your new role
As a Process Supporter in Aseptic Manufacturing Bagsværd, you will play a key role in ensuring stable, compliant and future‑ready production processes in either Formulation or Wash & Sterilisation.

The position is focused on process support – close to production – where you combine hands‑on support with systematic problem‑solving, optimisation and continuous improvement.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing process support to operators in day‑to‑day production activities
  • Driving systematic problem‑solving to address deviations and production challenges
  • Preparing and handling deviations and documentation, including CR cases and SOPs
  • Optimising workflows and processes to ensure efficiency, robustness and compliance
  • Updating documentation and delivering training related to processes and procedures
  • Producing operational reports to support performance tracking and decision‑making
  • Performing and supporting ongoing validations of equipment and processes
  • Actively participating in and ensuring successful audits and inspections

 

Your new department

You will join Global Manufacturing Supply - where we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues globally, working together to scale molecules, processes, devices and products to ensure supply of life‑saving medicines.

The department Drug Product Manufacturing - Supply and Formulation within site Bagsværd is fast‑paced and continuously evolving. The product portfolio covers a large part of diabetes and obesity products, including both marketed products and late‑phase clinical products. You will join a collaborative and engaged team working closely together to ensure high quality, stable operations and continuous improvement.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a skilled and quality‑conscious professional who thrives in a GMP production environment. 

We expect that you have:

  • A degree in engineering (natural science related), pharmacy, or another relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within GMP production
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal
  • A structured, quality‑focused mindset with the ability to maintain overview in a busy environment
  • Flexibility, resilience and a strong drive to solve problems collaboratively
  • Ability to take a leading role in complex problem‑solving, audits and inspections
  • Experience from either Formulation or Wash & Sterilisation is considered an advantage.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 651,000 to 956,900, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

 

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
