The position 

As an Advanced Planning Solution Delivery Director, you will: 

  • Lead strategic delivery of OMP, driving new enhancements and functionalities in alignment with the GSC2030 transformational roadmap. 
  • Manage complex implementation projects, focusing on developing advanced planning solutions to support the Planning transformation strategy. 
  • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. 
  • Inspire and manage high-performing cross-functional teams, including internal staff, vendors, and consultants. 
  • Design and oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels of the organisation, ensuring strategic alignment. 
  • Ensure seamless integration between technical solutions and business requirements, optimising organisational impact. 
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new planning solutions. 

 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 
  • 10+ years of project management experience in implementing complex planning solutions. 
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning and advanced planning concepts. 
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in enterprise environments. 
  • Experience with major planning solution platforms (such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, OMP). 
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile). 

 

Nice to have: 

  • A master’s degree is preferred. 

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects. 

  • Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication.
