Advanced MES Analyst

Your new role
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, designing and implementing MES solutions that enhance quality and efficiency across worldwide manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end implementation of Master Batch Records (MBRs), hereof designing and qualification in alignment with the harmonized GMBR (hGMBR) framework to ensure global harmonization
- Translating business needs into effective technical solutions while serving as the liaison between Lines of Business/end users and the MES Centre of Excellence
- Conducting requirements gathering, analysing business needs, and defining project scope that supports MES standards
- Creating intuitive and user‑friendly MES content that enhances production workflows and drives adoption
- Supporting integration activities, MES projects, validation processes, and providing training to colleagues across the organisation
You will be based in Bagsværd and will visit production sites as needed, including 1–2 annual international trips.

Within this area, the MES Centre of Excellence drives the harmonised, compliant, and efficient digital systems that support our manufacturing operations. As we continue our transformation journey, you will be central to shaping how we design and deliver digital manufacturing solutions across the globe.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a digitally minded problem‑solver who is comfortable navigating both manufacturing and technology environments. You have:
- An academic degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years experience with MES, including technical experience with interfaces, configuration of recipes/MBRs and/or integration to production equipment
- Experience working in production settings with knowledge of quality processes, pharmaceutical processes and GMP requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and organisational levels
A proven ability to coordinate complex tasks, deliver training, and communicate technical concepts in accessible ways will help you thrive in this role.
