Your new role

In this role, you will join the Facility/Utility Projects team, where you will play a key part in driving HVAC projects that keep our aseptic production running at the highest standard. With significant changes and equipment optimizations on the horizon, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the future set up of our facility.

  • Communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and contractors across the organization
  • Working in close collaboration with experienced colleagues, skilled workers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions
  • Supervising the implementation phase of projects during bi-annual factory production stops (typically July/August and December/January), requiring increased flexibility during these periods
  • Contributing to continuous improvements and equipment optimizations that strengthen the long-term performance of critical utility systems

Your new department

In Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

You will be part of Aseptic Manufacturing, Site Bagsværd (DPM BA), an aseptic filling factory with approximately 900 employees producing marketed insulin, GLP-1, and weight-reducing products for the benefit of patients worldwide. The Facility/Utility Projects team is responsible for maintaining and ensuring project implementation within WFI, clean steam, compressed air, and ventilation (HVAC), as well as improvements and refurbishments of the production facility.

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and their operation, maintenance, and optimization
  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, as we work in an international environment
  • A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach – you take ownership of your tasks and are motivated by improving processes and ensuring stable, reliable operation of critical systems
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated production environment is considered an advantage, as is knowledge of GMP, validation, LEAN principles, risk assessments, change control, technical documentation, cleanroom environments, critical utility systems, and project execution or technical support
