AI Partner: Integrated Quality

The position
We are looking for an AI Partner to work with the organization to identify AI use cases across the quality processes and raise awareness of the potential of AI tools. Tasks will include:

• Identifying and refining AI use cases across the quality processes.
• Working with the Quality organization to raise awareness of the potential of AI tools.
• Training and deploying AI tools to various quality organisations.
• Ensuring that the organization understands how to use AI tools and what the limitations are.

The job requires you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while absorbing new industry knowledge and networking with talented professionals in the organization.
 
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, 
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence. It's a benefit if you have experience in identifying AI use cases (or digital use cases) and have worked with quality processes. 
• Experience in raising awareness of AI or digital tools and deploying AI tools to deliver measurable business benefits would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in coding is not expected, but a comprehensive understanding of LLM strengths and weaknesses is a must.

On a personal level, it is vital that you thrive in a dynamic environment demonstrate high self-engagement, and you have the ability to meet deadlines. You are known for taking responsibility for your tasks, completing them effectively, and maintaining a curious mindset.  Attention to detail, an open mindset, a willingness to learn and improve, as well as an ability to build good relations and maintain a service-oriented mindset are all essential.

You will be part of Novo Nordisk's Integrated Quality, Tech & Data organization - a strategic focus area for Novo Nordisk. We are responsible for raising our quality capabilities ensuring that Novo Nordisk will deliver products to quality standards today and in the future. As an AI Partner, you will work closely with the Quality organization to identify AI use cases across the quality processes and raise awareness of the potential of AI tools.
