The Position

As a (Senior) Business Intelligence Partner, you will collaborate with the business to define and implement key business intelligence initiatives across PSQIT, by consolidating data from multiply source systems, enhancing data transparency and optimization. Furthermore, you will take part in shaping and driving our digital transformation journey, steering productivity via high quality business insights.

 

As our new (Senior) Business Intelligence Partner, you will be a part of driving our digital strategy by:

 

  • Drive value creation by translating business challenges into data-driven insights using e.g. SQL, Alteryx and Tableau.
  • Develop a strong data foundation to ensure a robust data ecosystem and data excellence supporting process running with minimum human touch.
  • Continuously enhance our current data sources, models and dashboards by utilizing data, analytics and managing governance.
  • Build sustainable business intelligence solutions that supports the increasing production complexity.
  • Discover new use cases by identifying opportunities from different projects, workshops and challenges that arises ad hoc.

 

Qualifications

To become successful in this role, you will need to have:

 

  • A relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, economy or similar.
  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining large-scale business intelligence solutions and data visualization.
  • Data preparation, modelling, and visualization with tools like Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, Power BI or similar.
  • SQL experience working with large datasets.
  • Stakeholder management and ability to translate complex technical solutions into simplified business language.

 

You are a go-getter with a ‘can do’ mind-set and see yourself as a fast learner with a solution and service-oriented mind set. Great interpersonal skills are a must since the job will include considerable interaction with stakeholders across the globe and taking lead on projects.

 

About the Department

You will join the PSQIT BI Finance Team, consisting of both technically heavy developers and partners with finance acumen and focus on digitalization.

Our ambition is to get a unique understanding of financial and productivity data and generate business insights by bringing data forward, automating scalable and efficient BI solutions with robust data models while creating intuitive dashboards and reports to help our various stakeholders drive performance and value creation.

The team delivers on this ambition by combining strong finance process and data understanding with BI and advanced analytics skills.
