The position
As a Field Access Manager, you will build relationships across Aotearoa New Zealand, working with Primary Care organizations, Māori Healthcare Networks, Iwi, and hapu to address health inequities in Māori and Pasifika communities. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to improve access to Novo Nordisk’s solutions and products, through securing long-term agreements for better healthcare access. Other role expectations are as follows but is not limited to:
- Proficiency in the preparation and presentation of high-quality submissions, responses, and reviews for customers.
- Proficient in the design, analysis of health economic data.
- Proficient in critiquing clinical and economic.
- Proficient in utilising modelling strategies for health economic assessments and developing supporting materials with public affairs, sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications

Proven track record of engagement with Māori and Pasifika healthcare organizations, health insurance schemes and professional organisations. whilst remaining compliant with corporate quality management requirements, with proven track record in the negotiation and implementation of innovative health care solutions.

Degree in relevant field with +5 years of experience; Financial services, Private Health insurers, Primary Health care providers, Māori and Pasifika Healthcare Networks, hapu and Iwi. University degree in related field (Business, Science, Economics), MBA or master’s degree is highly regarded.

In-depth understanding and lived experience of Māori and / or Pasfika communities, Health and relationships with hapu and Iwi, as well as experience in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders on high profile cross-functional initiatives. A collaborative team player with experience in working within cross-functional teams, working both autonomously and collaboratively.

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders.

New Zealand citizen and/ or permanent resident.
