The position
In this key role, you’ll ensure training is not just efficient and compliant but truly impactful—helping teams build the right skills to excel. With a strong focus on training expertise, you’ll shape learning strategies that empower employees and drive business success.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Manage and enhance the department’s Training for Competence (TfC) system
- Advise and support management with training solutions for business challenges
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training content and standards
- Ensure high-quality training materials as a Tech Writer and Content Editor
- Assist managers in planning and improving training for new and current employees
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams
- Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented, taking ownership of training challenges
- Detail-focused and structured, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Team player who collaborates effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering impactful training solutions

Located in Athlone and part of the global CMC development team, Oral Product Development Athlone will play a leading role in Novo Nordisk’s oral solid dosage expansion, with an ambition to develop world class tablet products for patients living with chronic diseases.
