The Position

As an Utilities & Facilities Senior Manager, you will be responsible of the Construction within the Anagni FFEx project. In addition, you will be responsible of the Permitting within the Anagni FFEx project and to create and manage the Maintenance Group taking care of the Site Facilities and Black Utilities within the Anagni FFEx project (i.e. everything is “inside” the Buildings including the Clean Rooms, the HVAC, the FMS/BMS and the Fire Prevention but nothing Process Equipment related). Moreover, you will be responsible to ensure the application of the Novo Nordisk Engineering Standards.

 

Your Main Accountabilities will be to:

  • Review, archive and ensure a proper lifecycle of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) & Engineering Documentation of the managed matters, and manage the FFEx project Soft Services in cooperation and coordination with the Anagni Site Soft Services
  • Support the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management and Fulfillment in the Internal Building Areas
  • Handle the Maintenance Reliability of the managed matters and ensure the full compliance of the Italian Laws on the managed matters
  • Act with responsibility by Law (U.R.I.) of the Electrical part for the managed matters
  • Be part of the Engineering Leadership Group playing an active role and create a positive work environment and promote teamworking and speak-up culture

 

 

Qualifications

As an Utilities & Facilities Senior Manager, you need to have long-term experience in the pharmaceutical environment within engineering and maintenance.

 

To be effective in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in Italian and excellent English skills in speaking, reading, and listening
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong teamwork and networking capabilities
  • A Master’s degree is a plus
