The position

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and tracking all internal training activities, ensuring they align with business objectives and foster employee growth. Working closely with both internal stakeholders and external providers, you will help shape and sustain a learning culture that supports professional development across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities will include:

•         Collaborate with managers to collect and assess training needs across departments

•         Plan, organize, and manage diverse training programs, including onboarding, compliance, technical, and soft skills development

•         Coordinate logistics and communications with both internal trainers and external training providers

•         Maintain the training calendar, oversee participant communication, and monitor attendance

•         Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection, reporting, and performance indicators (e.g., hours delivered, satisfaction, budget tracking)

 

As a vital member of the People Development team, you will also contribute to creating engaging training content, support e-learning platforms, and ensure regulatory compliance in mandatory training.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational and project management skills.

 

To succeed in this role, you:

•         Hold an academic degree in Psychology, Education Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related fields

•         Have at least some years of experience in corporate training roles within manufacturing

•         Have knowledge of training methodologies (classroom, digital, blended)

•         Have experience with LMS or e-learning tools (e.g., Compliance Wire, SAP SuccessFactors)

•         Are fully proficient in both Italian and English

 

Experience within an international environment will be seen as an advantage.

 

On a personal level, you master clear and engaging communication and the ability to work with various stakeholders. You showcase accuracy, attention to detail, and are pro-active and results oriented individual.

 

About the department

Our Technical Production Excellence Team is dedicated to optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance in manufacturing operations. We thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork and continuous learning fuel success. By joining us, you'll play a vital role in managing training programs and critical documentation, in-cluding SOPs, Master Batch Records, and Change Controls, all essential to operational efficiency and quality. You'll be at the forefront of digital transformation, leading the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to enhance productivity, traceability, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you’ll contribute to cross-functional projects focused on launching new products, refining processes, and implementing innovative manufacturing lines.
