The position 

As Site Master Plan & Integration Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Site Master Plan (SMP), encompassing all infrastructure, Brownfield initiatives, and Finish & Fill Expansion (FFEx) scope. You will also serve as the Engineering representative for all integration activities, ensuring the successful alignment of development projects with broader strategic goals. This role is pivotal in fostering site growth, innovation, and long-term operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain the SMP, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and local innovation
  • Lead conceptual design initiatives, overseeing planning and execution to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, conducting regular assessments and driving adherence across all planning activities
  • Drive collaboration across departments and act as liaison with Corporate Strategic Teams to ensure integration of key data, alignment of goals, and clear communication
  • Represent Engineering in integration activities, guaranteeing timely and effective execution of all Engineering-related tasks within broader site integration programs

 

As the key driver of strategic planning at the site level, you will work with cross-functional teams and external engineering partners to implement best practices, propose innovative solutions, and continuously enhance site capabilities.

 

 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate who is able to collaborate across boundaries, is organized, structured and provides high quality results by optimising, creating and implementing new working practices.

 

To succeed in this role, you: 

  • Hold an academic degree in Engineering (ie. Chemical, Mechanical, Civil…)
  • Have extensive experience as Project Manager or Engineering Manager or CAPEX Project Manage within global GxP investment projects
  • Have a proven track record in developing and maintain Site Master Plans
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills both for internal/external stakeholders
  • Are fully proficient in English

 

The ideal candidate comes from either the pharmaceutical or food industry, but other manufacturing experiences will still be considered.

 

On a personal level, you showcase a very high degree of cross functional collaboration and management skills and can actively drive project decision making and decision implementation. You are comfortable with managing change while maintaining a “can do” attitude to also engage and coach the rest of the team.

 

About the department

The Site Master Plan & Integration Manager oversees the Site Master Plan project and the Integration project as a responsible for the function,at the Anagni manufacturing site. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving innovation and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. The Anagni site is a hub of activity, where collaboration and continuous improvement are at the forefront of everything we do.
