The Position 

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all activities within the work package and ensure project deliverables for Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) 

Furthermore, you will: 

  • Manage project execution, including integration and cooperation with the FFEx program mirror organisation 

  • Lead and implement Lean initiatives, ensuring quality and compliance 

  • Manage and develop team members, providing feedback and coaching 

  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with colleagues and management 

  • Maintain GMP and compliance in daily work, ensuring readiness for audits and inspections. 

 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate with an academic degree in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field and a minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, with a knack for leading large-scale projects 

In addition, you have: 

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage different stakeholders 

  • An open-minded and humble approach, with a goal-oriented mindset to understand and drive project success. 

  • Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken 

  • Experience in aseptic production would be considered a plus 

  • Project Management training/certification, example IPMA Level A or Program Management Professional (PMP-PMI) is considered a plus 

 

 

About the Department 

The Future Filling Expansion (FFEx) project in Anagni, Italy, is a significant CAPEX project with high complexity. This project is crucial to Novo Nordisk, involving the placement of two FFEx standard AP modules adjacent to the existing operation.
