The Position
As our Resource Planner Lead you will maintain and update manning plans to ensure optimal allocation of employee resources. You will report directly to Director of Project Management Office & Project Controls.
Additionally, you will:
- Regularly review staffing levels to align with production demands and adjust as necessary.
- Develop and implement schedules, adjusting as needed to accommodate changes in demand or resource availability.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on production objectives and resource needs.
- Provide inputs for budget processes and requests from Headquarters.
- Ensure alignment to Global Project Management Office.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have high integrity and quality standards for timely correct and objective analyses. You must possess the ability to adapt to constantly changing conditions and acting with a sense of urgency.
You should also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Control or a related field.
- Strong attention to details with analytical and systematic mindset.
- Great communication and professional relationships’ management skills.
- Experience as a Workforce Planner/Coordinator or similar position within the pharma industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in Italian and English.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, a newly established and growing area within Product Supply, Quality & IT. The Fill & Finish Expansions area is responsible for facilitating a global collaboration around designing, planning, and building major Fill & Finish Expansion projects across Product Supply to meet the needs of millions of patients. We are rethinking our facilities with modern technology and setting the standards for the future. With a global approach, you will work with multiple sites and cultures around the world.
