At Novo Nordisk, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Repair and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the repair and maintenance operations at our Anagni manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will ensure that all equipment and machinery operate efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality.
The Position
In this position, your main responsibilities will be as following:

Coordinate the drafting of corrective and preventive maintenance standards, including Failure Investigation Trees (FITs), Maintenance Work Descriptions (MWDs), and Job Instructions (JIs).

Participate in managing the creation of spare parts inventory and budget management, defining minimum stock quantities and replenishment thresholds based on supplier feedback and criticality analysis.

Oversee the management of orders and storage of spare parts and create task lists for maintenance activities.

Manage and establish relationships with new machine suppliers and oversee maintenance contracts, including hotline support, warranty management, and after-sales service.

Create and maintain the maintenance structure within the CMMS system (e.g., SAP) and contribute to machine reliability through measurement, analysis, and the proposal of corrective and preventive actions, leveraging both local and international NN maintenance networks.
Qualifications
To be successful for this position, you hold a bachelor’s degree with a technical focus or equivalent experience and you have at least 5 years of experience in managing a Maintenance department and performing traditional maintenance tasks.
In addition, you have:

Knowledge of Lean principles applicable to maintenance (e.g., 5S, Standard Work, Poka Yoke, Rash Board, etc.).

Proficiency in the use of SAP or CMMS systems.

Strong collaboration and stakeholders management skills.

Ability to take a step back and initiate new approaches.

Good English and Italian, both written and spoken
