QA Investigation Supervisor

The Position

In this position, you will lead a group of specialists responsible for managing deviations, complaints, and ensuring timely, thorough, and compliant investigations in line with GMP and regulatory expectations.

Furthermore, you will:

• Supervise and support a team of QA Investigators handling deviations and complaints.
• Ensure investigations are conducted with a high level of quality, scientific rigor, and regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve investigation reports, root cause analyses, and CAPAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Manufacturing, QC, Engineering, etc.) to gather information and ensure investigation closure.
• Monitor investigation metrics (timeliness, recurrence, effectiveness) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

To be successful for this position, you possess a Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field and of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, with a focus on investigations, deviations, and complaints.

In addition, you have:

• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and investigation tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
