Planner Buyer

Join our dynamic team at Novo Nordisk as a Planner Buyer, where you will be the driving force behind managing materials procurement, inventory control, and supplier collaboration to keep our production lines moving forward efficiently.
The Position
In this position you will be responsible as following:
- Manage stocks, inventory, and supplies using SAP to effectively minimize costs related to write-offs and production interruptions.
- Conduct thorough material requirements analysis to ensure alignment with the production plan and supplier lead times.
- Issue purchase orders in compliance with agreed schedules, coordinating closely with warehouse operations to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Facilitate communication with suppliers to manage delivery improvements, address postponements, and resolve any unloading issues with the warehouse.
- Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to address missing contracts or costs related to material orders while maintaining compliance with contractual agreements.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you have a bachelor’s degree in management engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum of 1 year) in production working environments. We also welcome fresh graduates who are eager to succeed and grow in their careers as a Planner Buyer.
In addition, you have:
- Proficient knowledge of production processes and planning methodologies, with the ability to apply this understanding in practical settings.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, possessing strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and suppliers.
- Good knowledge of SAP system, particularly regarding planning processes and inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
About the Department
You will be part of the Site Supply Chain department based in Anagni, Italy. You will be working on-site in Anagni, interacting with internal and external departments as well as national and international suppliers across world time zones. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong focus on innovation and excellence.
