End of 2024, Novo Nordisk acquired the manufacturing site Catalent Anagni S.r.l. with the ambition to expand our capacity to meet the needs of millions of patients. You will be part of a global team that will develop the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.

 

The position

Novo Nordisk is investing massively in new production facilities around the globe. With this expansion we will contribute with the important role of producing future products - and you will get an opportunity to be a part of it. 

 

As our Packaging or Assembly specialist, you will ensure New Product Entry at site Anagni to the Novo Nordisk markets, by developing packaging and assembly equipment and processes are in compliance with GMP regulations to ensure Pre-Approval Inspection readiness and timely launch of Novo Nordisk pipeline products.

 

Your main responsibilities will include to:

  • Be responsible for impact assessment of introduction of new products and variants in Site Anagni
  • Participate in validating new equipment together with external suppliers
  • Ensure internal and external quality and legal demands are in compliance with cGMP
  • Ensure the department is always ready for audits and inspections and that these are carried out without any critical actions or warning letters
  • Mentor colleagues in regard of process and product knowledge

 

This role allows a high degree of independent initiatives and requires short response time to constantly see opportunities to deliver on commitments to stakeholder. You will take ownership of delivering result with an innovative, proactive and able to look ahead approach, which will make a difference.

 

Qualifications

To succeed int this role, you have:

  • An engineer, or similar bachelor/master degree with relevance to pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Several years of experience as a Process Specialist/ Professional within packaging or assembly
  • Experience within GMP regulated environment
  • A good understanding of science and technical aspects of manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in English communication

 

We are embarking a big expansion on site Anagni, hance why we are happy to evaluate both junior and senior profiles.

 

On a personal level, you can set direction and drive performance within own area of responsibility while maintain good cooperation and communication skills. You have a natural ability to coach, mentor as well as motivate colleagues primarily in Process Support.

Finally, you are motivated by being part of an area of constant change and high complexity.

 

About the department

Fill & Finish Expansions belongs in the newly established Fill & Finish area. The new area is working to increase the Fill & Finish production capacity across the Novo Nordisk network to ensure we continue to deliver high quality products for our patients, also in the future.
