The Position
Novo Nordisk is investing massively in new production facilities around the globe. With this expansion we will contribute with the important role of producing future products - and you will get an opportunity to be a part of it. As an Integration Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic integration initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the Integration Program Lead in the planning and execution of integration activities, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Manage specific integration projects in close collaboration with local workstream owners, ensuring smooth execution and accountability.
- Coordinate and align multiple workstreams across Operations, Regulatory, Quality, IT, P&O, and Finance.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to monitor progress, address interdependencies, and resolve issues.
- Track and report integration activities and risks, providing regular updates and insights to the Global Integration team to support effective decision-making and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate to succeed in this role who holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of proven project management experience, which includes also leading, or being part of, projects focused on TechTransfer, process improvement and generically managing complex projects within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
In addition, you have:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in a cross-cultural setting and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Proficiency in English & Italian, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Lean principles applicable to manufacturing environments would be a plus
