The Position 

As an IT – Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless transfer of IT systems between organizations, ensuring efficient project execution and minimal disruption and you will be responsible for the integration of local IT into IT Novo Nordisk processes. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensure the effective management, enhancement, and continuous support of existing IT systems. 

  • Assure the integration of the IT systems into the new environment without impacting the the site operations. Collaborate with the Site Program Manager and the team to assure the delivery of the project. 

  • Follow up on project progress, adjust plans as needed, and prepare and execute project meetings within IT/OT 

  • Communicate with stakeholders at Project Management level. 

  • Ensure continuous involvement and alignment with stakeholders, addressing unforeseen challenges as they arise 

  • Develop and execute IT and automation projects, with a strong focus on manufacturing shop floor environments. 

  • Ensure adherence to GMP/IT regulations and Data Integrity principles while managing system deviations and investigations. 

  • Oversee project tasks independently, control budgets, coordinate resources, and supervise personnel to maintain cGMP and EHS compliance. 

 

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week on-site at our Anagni location. 

 

Qualifications 

To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have: 

 

  • A degree in Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Electronic Engineering with an IT specialization, or a High School Degree as Perito Industriale. 

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role or IT environment, preferably within the chemical/pharmaceutical sector. 

  • Prior experience as a project manager is essential. 

  • Experience in transferring IT systems between organizations is highly advantageous. 

  • Knowledge of software and SCADA systems such as iFix, Wonderware, MS SQL, Acronis True Image, and MS Windows Server is a plus. 

 

Fluency in spoken and written English with at least an intermediate level of Italian is a must. 

 

About the Department 

 

The IT Anagni department is responsible for supporting IT systems and IT network and infrastructure. Located at our Anagni Site, the department focuses on both business end user PCs and Manufacturing systems assuring that these operate as per their design, s , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Join us and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in manufacturing operations.You will join a team of 10 fantastic professional in various roles reporting directly into the IT site manager.The team has SMEs for Network, IT infrastructure, IT/ OT systems, Automation systems,ERP, Quality systems, Logistic, Compliance and Data Integrity.
