The Position
As a Construction, Permitting & Infrastructures Senior Manager, you will be responsible of the Construction and Permitting within the Anagni Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) project. In addition, you will be responsible to create and manage the Maintenance Group taking care of the Site Infrastructures within the Anagni FFEx project (i.e. from the Buildings Structure and Facades to everything is “outside” the Buildings including the underground services). Moreover, you will be responsible to ensure the application of the Novo Nordisk Engineering Standards.
Your Main Accountabilities will be to:
- Review, archive and ensure a proper lifecycle of the Building Information Modelling (BIM) & Engineering Documentation of the managed matters
- Manage the FFEx project Security in cooperation and coordination with the Anagni Site Security
- Support the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management and Fulfillment in the Construction Area, and ensure the full compliance of the Italian Laws on the managed matters
- Handle the Maintenance Reliability of the managed matters having also act with responsibility by Law (U.R.I.) of the Electrical part for the managed matters
- Create a positive work environment and promote teamworking and speak-up culture, and be part of the Engineering Leadership Group playing an active role
Qualifications
As a Construction, Permitting & Infrastructures Senior Manager, you need to have a long-term experience in the pharmaceutical environment within engineering, construction, permitting, and maintenance.
To be effective in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in Italian and excellent proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong teamwork and networking capabilities
- A Master’s degree is a plus
