The position
In this role, you will play a key role in establishing the internal communications foundation in the Fill & Finish Expansions area at Site Anagni. You will develop and implement internal communications strategies, acting as a strategic advisor and ensuring alignment with site initiatives and global Fill & Finish Expansions objectives and Novo Nordisk's strategic vision and mission.
Main responsibilities will include to:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies, drive leadership messaging, manage communication channels, and enhance employee engagement through effective storytelling and campaigns
- Support and advise the Fill & Finish Expansions Anagni management team on communication efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging across
- Drive cross-functional communication initiatives that reinforce company culture, strategic goals, and change management processes, in close collaboration with the site communication team and global Fill & Finish Expansions programme
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to maintain consistent messaging
- Develop and enforce editorial standards to maintain consistency in all communications

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the ability to develop comprehensive communication strategies that align with Novo Nordisk's strategic vision and mission, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and audiences.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Hold an academic degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Have at least 4 years’ experience in communications, public relations, or a related area
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills
- Have proven ability to manage internal communications
- Are fully proficient in both English and Italian
Prior experience within the pharmaceutical or construction industry would be an advantage for this role.
On a personal level, you can effectively build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the company's public image and influence. You demonstrate the ability to handle most situations independently, making informed decisions with minimal guidance, while seeking advice on more complex issues when necessary.

Our team is onsite in Anagni, Italy, where we focus on driving innovation and excellence in manufacturing. You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, a newly established and growing area within Product Supply, Quality & IT. The Fill & Finish Expansions area is responsible for facilitating a global collaboration around designing, planning, and building major Fill & Finish Expansion projects across Product Supply to meet the needs of millions of patients. We are rethinking our facilities with modern technology and setting the standards for the future. With a global approach, you will work with multiple sites and cultures around the world.
