The position
You will lead the implementation of project change controls. You will collaborate as a key partner with cross-functional teams. You will coordinate and set standards for project change controls. You will continuously assess project performance and status from a change perspective, providing valid and reliable information for management decision-making.
Your other main responsibilities will be:
- Proactively identify potential issues. Communicate change implications to Project team members and raise awareness of change control and other change-related issues. Raise awareness of budgetary and other change-related issues within the project teams. Effectively communicate change implications to project team members.
- Establish and continuously update transparent and compliant intercompany management procedures related to change control. Ensure the uniform application of project change controls boards across site teams, tech team and program team.
- Support in the development and update of underlying change procedures for the Program Control Plan and other relevant documents. Provide support to technical projects and site projects as required. Independently support critical projects on behalf of the Program Controls team.
- Drive the implementation of relevant IT systems for change management in close collaboration with the Global systems team, being the primary liaison with project needs and members.
- Represent the organization in an international context under challenging conditions due to cultural, national, or political restrictions when operating globally.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar management positions.
- More than 10 years of project management experience.
- Proven leadership results and experienced manager.
- Effective and experienced communicator.
- Ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
- Fluent English, Italian language is preferred.

About the department
You will be part of the FFEx AN Engineering & Construction Management department based in Anagni, Italy. Our project is part of a global initiative with sister projects in Denmark, France, and the USA. You will be working on-site in Anagni, interacting with international engineering partners and collaborating across world time zones. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong focus on innovation and excellence.
