Your new role

We are looking for a Business Finance Partner to join our Finance & Operations team in the Dutch affiliate. In this role you will be a trusted finance partner to the country management team, turning financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making and the continued growth of the affiliate. You will combine strong analytical skills with effective stakeholder management to influence outcomes and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Dutch affiliate leadership and cross‑functional teams to provide timely, accurate financial insight and recommendations.
• Translate financial and market data into clear, business‑focused insights that drive decisions and commercial performance.
• Drive mid‑term financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for the affiliate.
• Prepare management presentations that support strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, support implementation of initiatives, and help embed best practices across the business.

Your new department

You will join the Dutch Finance & Operations team consisting of eight colleagues with diverse skills covering business finance, accounting, supply chain, procurement, pricing, market access and facilities. We work closely with stakeholders across the affiliate.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a Business Finance Partner who thrives on collaboration and takes pride in continuously improving ways of working. You'll bring with you:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2–3+ years’ experience in financial analysis, business finance, consultancy or a similar role.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a practical, business‑focused mindset.
• Proven business partnering skills, able to simplify complex topics and present insights clearly to management and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution‑oriented with a can‑do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable preparing high‑quality management presentations and influencing at all organizational levels.
